发货说明/Deliver Policy
1. 我们会在每个工作日(周一到周五)的3点-5点钟准时发货. 只要您在2点钟前付费并通知我们，您的订单都可以在当天发货.
We will start our parcel packing job on 3pm-5pm daily (only on Mon-Fri working days). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive the payment for your order before 2pm.
2. 我们可能会因技术或人手问题而延迟发货并不另行通知.急用的订单必须在订货单上特别说明.
We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can do our best to carry out a special arrangement for you.
3. 如果出现缺货的问题，我们会尽量联络您以调换其他颜色或款式. 在特定情况我们也会直接退款给你并不另行通知. 如果发生缺货的情况，您的订单很可能会延迟一天才发货.
If happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However under certain conditions, we may refund to you directly without prior notice
4. 我们会依据您的发货地区，商品重量来决定最划算及最有效的运送方式， 买家不可有异议. 如果特定的运送公司到达不了你的地区，请在订单上特别说明.
ShoppingKakis reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods. Please make a remark in your order form if certain delivery company will not reach to your location.
5. 使用 Skynet 快递公司，一般上在 1-3天 内您就会收到包裹.
For Skynet Worldwide Express, normally you can receive your parcel in 1-3 days
6. 使用其他快递公司则多需一天, 一般在 2-4天 内也可以收到的.
For other courier company, additional 1 day is required; normally you will be receiving your parcel in 2-4 days。
7. 出货后，我们会用电邮联络您有关包裹的追踪号. 在发货后的3天还没有收到包裹，请您直接联络有关快递公司以了解情况.
After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after 3 days, please contact the courier company directly.
8. 如果您填写了错误(或无人签收)的地址或联络电话而导致包裹被退回来, 我们不会负责有关重发的邮费. 买家必须另付邮费,我们才会帮你重新发货.
If you've given us an invalid address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not in charge on the shipping for resending the parcel. Buyers will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.
